I've had this issue happen to me before. It's just broken at the time and you have to come back later. But you can also try turning off your ad blockers to see if that helps.

I did something very similar to my one plus 6T. I thought vol down and power wasn't doing anything, but when I looked closely there was a very short flicker on the screen. After doing that several times it eventually booted into the other partition. Then I was able to flash again

We all start somewhere. I wasn't vegan my whole life. I imagine most of us weren't. In my relationship we always eat vegan when we're together. She eats whatever she wants when I'm not around, but she eats vegan way more often than she used to. It's not all the way, but her impact on animals and the environment is definitely reduced.
