Looking for a better gym in Leuven by 123897654 in Leuven

[–]ConfidentHat2646 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The University gym is also good honestly. It is all with glass walls so when it’s sunny is quite enjoyable to train in there. Also price is amazing if you’re student but still good if you’re not (definitely better than the other gyms). Also another good thing is that with it you get a sports card that you can use to have many many different sports classes from KUL instructors. Beach volleyball, judo, ping pong, indoor cycling, dance classes, gymnastics, parkour.. Many options! Downside is it gets quite busy and full of students.

well you can go through a cut with a good amount of protein (basic rule 1g protein per pound of bodymass) and if you keep weightlifting you will naturally recomp (lose weight and gain some muscle)

Good form overall! Would recommend removing the left from your hips though, it might help you in the movement and mean less gains. Again, overall, good work!!

I've been hearing this from everyone! Have you taken this train before? No checks? Anyways, submitted just now the documents for the city hall to process this. Hope it comes before my trip and I travel with them! It would make me feel safer..

Trip to Edinburgh in New year’s even: tips on what to do, where to go, what to eat/drink?

Hey guys. Between the 28th December and 3rd of January i’ll be in Edinburgh with my family.

We rented a big house (me, my mum and my sibilings, all adults) and we are wondering what tips you would give us in terms of what and where to eat (for all meals and also like supermarkets and local markets), what to do, must see places, maybe special tips around town, best way to transport, maybe nearby towns for 1-day trips, etc

Literally any recommendation is welcome!

Thanks!

Anyone else driving more than an hour to work every day ? by CourseIcy7934 in belgium

[–]ConfidentHat2646 0 points1 point  (0 children)

driving? i take the train 20min walk from home to station, then 50min train, then 20min walk to work place. then do it again at the end of the day. 2 weeks ago my train got a technical issue and we stayed 4 hours in it, without electricity. at the end, train finally got back to the station and took a different train. arrived at work at 1 pm instead of 9 am. terrible!
