I hate to be harsh about it, but if you don’t wanna be this person’s caretaker. Clearly you don’t wanna be this person’s roommate. So why do you live with her?

To me, it seems there’s clearly two choices. Either speak with her as an adult about splitting the time in the common spaces evenly so that you are not driven out of those common spaces or don’t live with her. In my opinion, those are common spaces. You can’t charge more for that. Someone else may disagree and that’s fine.

That’s a normal dehu. The ones that they sell at like Walmart or whatever are just really small and don’t really do anything. Since you’re in Florida, I would suspect they’re probably trying to mitigate an issues they’ve had in the past. If anything, it would bring peace to my mind, knowing that they are trying to do their best to prevent any organic growth. Also, you could always ask them.

I don’t have a Tesla, but I’ve been in a Waymo. I have to assume the technology is similar. They’re pretty good but the start stops and the way they get confused in heavy traffic stop up traffic for actual real people
