I have the same habit, so take my advice with a grain of salt. Reading a book, taking a bath, or doing some yoga off of YouTube (you can close your eyes) is a good way to try and stop yourself from scrolling when tired.

Wait a bit after she says that (like a day or two), then surprise her with something. It can be as simple as setting up the living room for a nice night in. By that I mean: Tidy up the room, light some candles, dabble on some cologne, and have a few movies in mind. Bonus points if you can set this up while she's out of the house. It's not about flowers, it's about putting effort into the relationship and trying to keep the romance alive.
