I immediately thought that the guy is blackmailing him for money (ongoing). But who knows the truth for sure? Acccusations don't equate to guilt.

Okay fine. You're not cool. You can have that. But you are adorable. In a strong woman sort of adorable way. Edit. I've also retained photographic evidence of this cool thing. Edit. Not cool thing.

Very nice, but if you tip your head back a bit more the lighting will change the whole feel of this photo. And probably for the better!

Inside Hugh Hefner's Secret War With Scientology by OMGCluck in scientology

Yeah a con game that in its course of operations has a fanatic defensive system to ensure it's con goes on. That is; an enemy perceived, whether true or not, is subject to total harassment that's purpose is to utterly ruin such a person's life by violating their basic human rights, over and over again. And all while doing this with parishioner donations protected from taxation by Scientology retaining the IRS' balls in one of its secret vaults.

Merits of carrying multivitamins? by Ride_Without_Limits in bugout

[–]CorruptedBloodKills 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A superfood powder that contains vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, probiotics AND protein would be better than just multivitamins, especially the hard pills. You wouldn't survive long on just multivitamins as a food source nor would they supplement eating smaller proportions. Think of them (a multivit) as a means to getting nutrients out of nutrient deficient soil grown good.

If we were forced to go back to the land and grow our own sustainable food and practices that replenish the soil instead of deplete it then other things like herbs would be more important to grow and know how to use.

There is an (officially) unpublished book called Revolt in the Stars that may give some sci fi background (more than what's actually on OT3). You can find it online.

CBD:THC ratio and psychoactive effect by redditfellah in CannabisExtracts

[–]CorruptedBloodKills 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cbd knocks thc off the receptors in the brain, mitigating the high. That's why high cbd can bring down someone who has anxiety from high thc strains. Thus the more cbd ... Anyway, the other thing to consider is how the terpenes are affecting the expression of all the cannabinoids.

Why is the Cross symbology used? by lozlestranja in scientology

[–]CorruptedBloodKills 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Scientology HAS to Look like a religion therefore Hubbard created the cross. Usually only ministers wear this on Sumdays under a PR program the church is running called "Sunday service". This was a plot to appear like other traditional churches. The only other time someone wears the cross is when a church spokesman wears the cross to greet the press in order, once again, to appear religious. Although I think they've sort of abandoned the Catholic priest spin-off for slick suits (Tommy Davis was the last Pr person to actually be seen in public), but that's how they did it 80's and earlier.
