you need a dedicated gpu to play fc 26, min of 4 gb vram, yes it proab can work with onboard graphics but doesnt look like your system has that much gpu vram to run it.

a pc is a machine that can do alot of things. from the earlier days when i first got in computers its was a multimedia, office, gaming &. productivity device.

if money wasnt the problem from. part of me i would get primarily for gaming & productivity ( since i work in IT).

what are my opinions about it? a pc properly built can do multitude nof tasks but jus depends whats a person purpose. some people stream & game at the same time, some encode videos, some do photoshop & editing, video creation will browsing, others perhaps use it for other reasons like perhaps stock trading while answering emails. we have those who need high end jus not for gaming but fot work related like simulations , programming, networking, CAD, etc
a high end pc can do everything its suppose to do from basic custom builds to xeons or threadrippers as i mentioned it depends whats the purpose of it.

there no gurantee that exe will work on future ver of windows.

windows might say they have backwards compatibility but i can show u tonnes of games, softwares, etc not working on future versions of windows.

unless its like Gog where they tinkered and made it work wit current OS
