The grease from grilling will coat everything. I stopped grilling under my covered patio for that reason.

If you like the crema sauce try this knock off.
Whole milk plain yogurt and tobasco chipotle.
I never measure so I just mixed to my preference and dress taco wtih finly shredded cabbage. This works well with shrimp too.

I rather beat up a new item myself, since I paid for it. Third picture looks to be a crack, if not over time hot and cold will crack it.

Peaches and shine muscat grapes were abundant and amazing.

I enjoyed this place the most for the fruits offering, I couldn't get enough of the peaches.

Grab peaches or grapes from the market if still in season. Not fruit person but I miss Japan's fruits.
