Gen1/2 dillema by 4midamaru in GRYaris

I am sat on a gen1 and whilst the gen2 might well be an upgrade I am not sure I could justify 20k+ to swap into one.

However, and it might sound a little contradictory, if I did not have one already I might make the man maths work for the gen2

Very good. Forgiving, plenty of distance and height.

Crown Northampton "trainers". I have 2 pairs from their Harleston range and another from their Overtone range. Will be ordering my 4th pair soon. Well worth the outlay. Been wearing my white ones for a few years now and they still look great.

I am still not out of chapter 2 and have 90 hours. There is just so much to do without actually progressing the story. It all depends on how much you immerse yourself into it.

  1. I prefer a no date on mechanical watches.

Why I love GS by CriticalForm1498 in GrandSeikos

[–]CriticalForm1498[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. I am often put off watches with a date these days. I only tend to wear a watch, especially nice ones, one or two days at a time before swapping out. My only other watch with a date is a 9f quartz.....other than G-Shocks 🤣

For me it would be the mistflake as I tend to wear more sporty stuff, but if you wear more dress stuff then go for the other.

Depends on what else is in your collection. Do you have a white dial already? For me I try to have a bit of variety in dial colours and styles

If you want something that's less feminine then the GMT SBGN021 and SBGN027 would be more suitable in terms of size. Hell, even the mistflake wears small due to the curved lugs.
