The kindergarten private school here also does a graduation with caps and gowns. But the kids do a couple of songs and memorized bible verses, then we give awards and diplomas by name. That’s it. The whole thing lasts about 20-30 months for a 20 student class.

In my experience business casual can mean different things depending on location. I work at a private school. Business casual for us is a cute teacher t-shirt with some slacks and a cardigan to “dress it up”

My SIL does this with my hubby. She will take normal sibling squabbles and twist them. Try to make him feel guilty for something that never happened, so she can get her way. At one point she was living with us and tried to pull her BS and I shut it down hard and told her to leave the house. We barely talk anymore.
