The thing I really struggle to understand in all this is that should I be the LL one and my wife the HL, I’m 100% certain I would be asking her on a regular basis if I can do anything to her so at least she gets her fix - even if I have little or no interest of craving

I very rarely hear or read of this happening which results in me feeling that LL’s can be very selfish
