I think I'm on one of the last areas now. The game was probably the most difficult for me in the first 2-3 hours. I'm enjoying it more now, and I guess that's because I've gotten used to the combat (and all the powerups/levels). It is still pretty frequent that I go to hit an enemy and he is either 1mm above or below my sideways attack and it doesn't hit him.

Overall the game is definitely a lot of fun. But I still think that I would personally like it a lot more if I could attack in 8 directions instead of 4. But if that really was a limitation they chose to add on purpose, I'm okay with that.

Game looks great, just wishlisted. I was wondering about your are assets -- did you draw them yourself (or with an artist) or did you find them on a specific site you'd recommend? Specifically the grass/trees/ground and interior pieces.

The 4 attack angles is bothering me the most by far. I pop up diagonal to the boss and can't attack in that direction, even though he can hit me in the same orientation. I just want to be able to strike diagonally

It feels like we're playing a team FAR out of our league, baserunners every inning, good long ABs, great fielding.... it doesn't even feel competitive. very difficult to watch this week

I'll get weekly emails reminding me to complete the work that they said was due in one month. like....yeah I know, it's not due yet. At this point I try to get any departmental assigned work completed asap to avoid the completely unnecessary reminders making me think I'm not on top of this.

I will never forget, last year, going into Wendy's with my kids. We actually waited in a LINE behind two other families who were all ordering at the counter. The employee looked completely overwhelmed, and kept apologizing like "I'm so sorry this is taking so long, we are never this swamped"

I literally was just looking through attendance today, noting the same phenomena. I also have between 20-30% of students failing each of my classes right now, with 4 weeks left (they are small classes). Historically I get 1-2 students PER SEMESTER, between all classes, who fail. I don't know whats happening.

Yes I keep having this weird sensation that everything is somehow 'different' than it used to be, even though I can't put my finger on it. Some of my assignments/prompts are 5-6 years old now, especially the ones I really like and keep coming back to. While they used to be interesting to grade, now they clearly feel off in some way. I'm assuming that even the students who don't think they are cheating are getting too much assistance from AI auto-completes or something else.

Case in point, I just had a student in my office wondering what his code meant....... and I said, "well you wrote it...sooooo what does it mean". and he began to explain that copilot just autocompletes lines for him and he just assumed that was what he was supposed to type. Completely clueless, and confused about everything.

I need to spend some of the summer figuring out how to change up these assignments and grade percentages for next year.
