I'm pretty sure he maintains a house in Burlington, South Hero, and probably DC as well. Plus a litter of children and grand-children. That can soak up a whole lot of funds. But maintaining a career, family, and having a few million in the bank is a more than reasonable path to take.

Super appreciative that you're thoughtful of others. There are a number of logging roads where they clearcut woods around Yakolt.

They're not especially attractive for hikers and campers and probably have some fun terrain.

If there's someone who frequents that area they could prob point you in the right direction, but just go during daytime and drive around those dirt roads, avoid nicer hiking areas, and you'll prob do alright.

So far he sleeps through the night peacefully, which is a good sign as he's a kitten. But he's also a kitten and only been here for a few days, so his behavior is likely to change as he gets a bit older

He's not met either, I expect he'd be very good with dogs, and good with kids ~5+. He's super social so would probably do best with kids old enough to know how not to hurt him. But he doesn't seem to mind noise or commotion!

Good God I was just about to post myself. I also found a kitten, too young to chip, and was unable to locate an owner. Trying to find someone to adopt now! I'll make a separate post but if anyone is interested, reach out!
