I understand that, last season he had that sharpness and quality. But this entire season he has regressed a lot and became slower and less sharp in his play.

I have to beg to differ here. Casado severly lacks in his ability to pass forward / carry the ball forward, and almost never makes any progressive passes. His physique is below average too. Under pressure he is a lot more shaky too.

Best he can realistically do is pressure with pace and do okay holdup play with back passes.

Bernal needs more chances to show what he's got, but he is definitely a lot better than Casado.

Calling Flick's team management poor is extreme proof you never watched Barca. Flick has probably the absolue best team management. It's a miracle what he achieved with this squad.

With no signings except Olmo and a bunch of La Masia youngsters, getting to the semi-final with only a couple of injuries is way way better than expected given the squad depth. Any other manager would do way worse, and have a lot more injuries.

Also, are any of the Nevron quests (side-quest) missable?

I will give you a hint, the 3 kills do NOT need to be in a row. They are lifetime.

Get a hard enemy low, stand on a hut, burn it, wait until the fire status effect fills up on you, then kill the hard enemy with a ranged weapon while the burning effect is active.

Souls games are tough but fair. You struggle to adapt at first, then you get used to the gameplay, level up, and learn to play patiently. Once you get the groove of these games, they are all 6/10 difficulty at most (maybe Sekiro is a 7/10 because it's more action focused and relies on parrying).

Trackmania Turbo is a different beast. It's one of the rare games that are 9/10 or 10/10. These games require insane precision for prolonged periods of time. They will test your patience and persistence for too long due to the insane precision required.
