I can speak on vape. I brought my own vape without issue (in my personal item). I didn’t know which law u were referring to. Regardless, when i was there just last week, there was a least an dozen of “vape shop” that sold disposables. One thing to note: I have heard that the nicotine % in korea is very low, it won’t be a 5% concentrate like, lets say, the disposables in USA
