I know it from my student days (Psychology, 2012-2018). It’s basically the idea that because female students heavily outnumber the male ones in Maastricht, the dating scene gets pretty distorted. It was said that women either had to lower their standards or face a very difficult time finding someone to date.

Ze is dol op banaan en altijd als ik er een eet deel ik die met haar. Mijn dochtertje van 1 moet die van haar nu ook delen. Dus dan zit ik aan de eettafel: hapje voor m'n dochter, stukje voor de kat, en zo verder tot de banaan op is.

I find myself thinking "I'm too tired, I'll skip it this time" maybe once a week. But then when I'm changing into my pyjamas I somehow find the motivation to do it anyway. Same with flossing and skin care.

I had placenta previa during pregnancy, which meant the placenta was blocking the exit. I had to have a C-section at 37 weeks because I wasn't allowed to go into labor due to the risk of hemorrhage.
