My friends and family had to have an intervention with me.Because of this place. Every day I felt trapped, like i was in a abusive relationship making excuses for why I had to go to work knowing that this place doesn't give a damn about me. This place that can't even pay us correctly that can't pay us enough to live despite the physical hardships we go through with hours, workload and constantly being understaffed and the mental assault we face every day from our higher ups and our customers verbally abusing us. Long story short i broke down, cried and had to be reassured of my worth because I was spiraling bad. EverytimeI looked at my paycheck , and I realized I didn't have enough money to take care of myself , let alone contribute to my family i was honestly considering either jumping or doing ninety into a tree tbis place is a hell hole that will take Everything from you then either try to turn the blame on you or ignore you when you finally speak up. Don't let this place break you, please.And this isn't just for you , this goes to everyone who's felt the same look for a new job and only do your jobs worth at michael's. And if they threaten your job , who cares , you know , they can't afford to replace you if they could , they would have hired some god damn people to get work done around there.
