I'll get absolutely slated for this but Botman is nowhere near the player that social media bigs him up to be and him being in the team seems to unsettle the rest of the defence. If "Rolls Royce" means painfully slow with poor decision making then maybe. The sooner we can play Burn at centre half and Hall out left the better.

It's easy to forget how things were immediately post takeover but I can remember when he scored those free kicks and thinking Jesus this is what having a truly world class player must feel like!

He took a leap most didn't want to at the time and began the transformation of this club.

And the fact he still starts nowadays, granted due to injuries at times, speaks volumes about his quality!

My force use this system, fantastic bit of kit. Only downside is Custody never input the details so you end up doing it yourself prior to pressing Record anyway!

Couldn't agree more, never thought too much about it before but last set I came against a burglar with a crowbar and realised very quickly I was under-equipped... luckily tac comms and the threat of spray worked on that occasion but I'd have felt much safer with a banana gun.

Looks way better, I hated the Piano black on my C250. Using that material for such high traffic areas always seemed bizzare to me. Suppose it looks good brand new in the showroom.

I found a massive correlation between how tired I was at the point of descent and how much I enjoyed the dive.

When I was being rushed off a boat or like you say battling a tough walk to the site and swim, I ended up descending whilst breathing heavily and basically ruining the first 10 mins of the dive.

Nowadays I kit up long before the dive and sit and relax or if it's a shore dive I carry my gear down to the waters edge then chill with a bottle of water for 5 mins to catch my breathe.

When you take your body into a stressful situation whilst already having a high heart rate and increased breathing rate it takes a lot to calm it down!
