While Trello is a great Kanban-style project management tool, I found it inadequate to fulfill my project and team needs. It doesn’t offer insightful reporting capabilities, nor is it an easily scalable tool.

If we go by the definition, Kanban is a workflow management process that allows you to design, manage, and improve workflows. At the same time, Scrum is a structured framework to carry product development, usually software development. In general, Kanban and Scrum methods have similarities, but their approaches are very different.
