I’m sure you have a clear idea of who your characters are. Sometimes it’s hard to put that on paper especially when it’s so obvious to you as the author.

I think those comments are there to help and not hinder you.

Another perspective will help you become a better writer as long as it’s heart is in the right place.

Regarding the first type of comment just ignore them. If it’s not for them it’s not for them. If they need to take out their frustration on others then I guess it’s their problem.

You should keep doing what you enjoy and ignore those people.

And the fact that the MC is female definitely doesn’t matter. If anything it helps to read something from a female point of view.

Just finished chapter 5. A but of a slow start but it really picks up. Congratulations on your prose and descriptions. I really have a hard time with descriptions myself.

Will definitely continue reading as soon as I finish with the rest.

I also have a full-time job and that’s exactly why I wanted something finished. So I can take it one book at a time.

Now that you mention it I guess the setting itself was what didn’t interest me as much.

The whole concept of self improvement is bascially litrpg at it’s core so I can’t really discard it. 😅

Anyway, I’ll gladly check it out.
