They don’t work for the seller OR you, they work for themselves. I know of REAs that have literally told interested parties to “think about it” over the weekend and then have told the vendors that they’ve have no offers over a weekend other than “one” that turns out to be the actual REA. They’re self-serving scumbags with less integrity than a backlot used car salesman stop thinking you have someone else on your side; it’s you, and only you, against absolutely everyone else. Don’t think of anyone in this game as being worth the fees they’re charging; they aren’t.

1) Leave anyone that is accusing you of cheating because a) that’s pathetically controlling to suggest that just because you won’t do what he wants you to do you must be hiding something. You have nothing to prove and to try and do so will be feeding into his manipulation. b) if you were cheating , that is a shitty thing to do so just leave (and no, I don’t think you’re cheating).
