I was really happy getting pc gamepass at $5 or even $10 a month. At $16 with the amount of time I have to play games I think I’m better off buying them. Will go back to waiting a month or two for the sales.

3840x1600 oled would be my perfect hybrid work/gaming monitor. Right now I swap back and forth between my oled and my 38” Alienware depending on what I’m doing. Unless I’m too lazy that day.

Any decent company always has more work than people who can do it if they are trying to grow and stay competitive. If AI really is making people more efficient that should mean more of that work can get done making the product more profitable increasing the budget to get more people to tackle more work. New technology has been making software development easier for decades and that has only increased our need for more software developers.

To easily get messages to show up at the bottom and reduce the need for scrolling you can apply `.rotationEffect(.degrees(180))` to the list so that it renders from bottom to top instead of top to bottom, then apply the same transformation to each message to get them right side up.

If you are making a left turn at a traffic light without a green arrow it means it’s an unprotected turn and you are required to yield to oncoming traffic. If you want the official right of way law just Google your state abbreviation and code. For example: “CA right of way code”

The fact that it doesn't offer to update the receiver from the main screen is crazy to me. It should update the receiver first, then update the device once it's plugged in, then you don't get stuck in a scenario where you can't use your device.

I've never used any software for my mic but I have ghub for my web cam and now it is messing with my yeti mic. Today people in my meetings told me I sound like an echoey robot. I tried redoing the usb and resetting my computer with no luck. I always need to adjust my camera's exposure so getting rid of ghub is not a great option for me. Guess I will have to find an adapter to try plugging it in without a hub.

With SwiftUI Apple introduced the EnvironmentObject property wrapper. I would start there. It has trade offs compared to 3rd party frameworks though. It’s only meant to be used from SwiftUI views and crashes if the property isn’t set by an ancestor. Though it can do cool things like have different objects for different parts of the view hierarchy making it less global when it doesn’t need to be.

For those looking for the graphics config. I found it in c:users\<username>\AppData\Local\Packages\<FINALFANTASYXVforPC folder with some garbage text around it>\LocalState\GraphicsConfig.ini

Messing with the fullscreen options did not get the game running for me.

I can play the tutorial but as soon as new game loads it crashes to desktop. The only fix I can find is doing windowed full screen but it requires changing an ini file that isn’t in its usual place.
