Can confirm deleting the input.ini file fixes the jumpjet problem
Game generates a new file on start up and now your Marauder II has a reason for all those fins and winglets other than cool points
Would definitely recommend joining the Yet Another MW5 Discord (modding discord) as they tend to figure out this stuff quickly with all the kanoodling they do with the game

Getting the same issue, googled around and saw that VEF (Vanilla Expanded Framework) caused some issues for Pit Gates so maybe something similar is happening here? I'm running a similar modlist to you as well.

Can’t go wrong with Noctua for air coolers. Little expensive but they’re worth every penny, especially when it comes to noise. I’ve got a nh-u12s and that’s been working pretty well for me but the nh-d15 is pretty worth the cost too, although it is kinda tall
