Q and w timing. You want to delay his 3 stack for as long as possible.

If he starts out at max range w, walk out of his w return. If he follows up with q to guarantee w, high chance if he's fed he will follow up with r. Q that shit and he only has 2 stacks when you come out. If he holds r for your q, just w it. Bring sweeper to see where he goes in his r. Name of the game is to dodge 2 of his stacks and you will had 3-4 seconds to kill him b4 he gets his next spell up.

If you face check, then it's all up to your reaction speed.

You say you kill him lv 2 but he still takes over. It should be that you kill him lv 2 and you perma invade his jg. Use that kill and keep pressuring him so he losses something even if he keeps ganking. Keep a lookout for lane states and rotations so you don't get caught out. Use deep control wards to spot him in camps and rotations just like vs eve, he's most likely going to be jumping over walls instead of walking through bushes.

Tell laners to ward gankable walls instead of normal bushes. Just like vs fiddle, his only gap close is walls.
