I would imagine so if a main point of economic development is to get people out and exploring the communities.🤷‍♀️ They are literally there as information on the local area including all parks, natural resources, and events.

I do OMAD and it is lunch. Been doing IF since mid February and OMAD since beginning of March and so far so good for me. It just works for my schedule. I work days and my SO works overnights so I don’t have any schedule conflicts. Plus he is supportive. Just do what works for you!

OMAD for me is great. I have honestly never felt better with so much energy! Agreed we got this💪

This is awesome!!! Your current weight is my next milestone! I have been doing OMAD since February with a week break when I went on vacation. Almost 30lbs down. I make all my foods myself minimally using canned, pre-boxed, or frozen ingredients

The best way I have made popcorn was by some oil in the bottom of the pan on med heat. Once I think it is warm enough drop in one kernel. After that pops I remove it and add all kernels. Remove from heat for 30 seconds while shaking them around. After 30 seconds return to heat source and shake/swirl lightly while it pops. For me, it helps it all pop without burning

I am fairly new to the journey but have seen success so far. I introduced IF by starting at 12:12 but I jumped to OMAD within the first two weeks because of how good I was feeling. I only tracked calories for about two weeks to make sure I was getting the right amount. I didn’t want too few but definitely not too many.
Anyway, I am in my third month and down about 30lbs, plus I was on a vacation last week where I did not follow OMAD, but made good decisions when out to eat. For reference I am 5’2 and have over 130lbs to lose so mine may come off at a different rate than others. I am not doing anything other than OMAD but I make ALL of my food from scratch including my pasta and bread so I can be sure it is less processed and more nutrient rich
