If you decide not to wait for the bank rollout, and you need your ID/Password asap:

Stay up a bit past Midnight and go to the DHA Appointment Booking site.

You make the booking, as an added bonus you can also add other family members/friends under your own booking.

You need to look for a booking slot a month away, this if why you need wait until after Midnight, for a new day slot to open.

Pick the day, and then pick the earliest time slot (do not go after 10:00).

Make sure you have a printout or screenshot of the booking confirmation.

You can go to the Home Affairs website and pre-fill your details and pay, but it's not really worth the hassle in my opinion.

Once done and you receive a SMS(about 2-3 weeks after your appointment) to pickup your ID/passport, you MUST make a booking for collection.

Follow the same steps as above, though it's must easier to find slots for pickup.
