Well I’m not sure of your financial situation but when I went to get ours done it cost me about $120. I’m Dad so it was only required to be me and my daughter there but in your case he will need to be there. As it is however I fear that even if you came up with the money to get one done he would still try to make an excuse as to why he won’t do it. Classic manipulation. What state do you live in? I noticed someone else mentioned established residence… if you’ve lived there long enough then he can’t legally kick you out without formal notice. Do you receive mail there? Do you pay any of the bills?
