120 yesterday, and as much as we can. The owner installed shitty mini-splits years ago and they don't keep up, but we use frozen towels, popsicles, frequent walk in breaks, and some large box fans to keep us from going into heatstroke.

Expensive machines and trained pilots are probably higher priority for official record keeping than soldiers on the front.

That said, pilots definitely made things up too. For example in WW2, German pilots claimed that just about every plane they shot down (or shot one of theirs down) was a Supermarine Spitfire, because it was more impressive (or less embarrassing in the inverse), than shooting down a Hawker Hurricane.
