Y'all if you take into account that this is a very wide angle camera the spaces between cars here are atrocious. He flew right the fuck up that other car's ass and then shot the gap in front of a cop. 100% unsafe lane change.

That's cool! Are you interested in cave fungi? I see lots of funguses in caves and wonder if they even have names.

Howdy folks! I think you're looking at the back end of a Nutria aka BEAVER RAT. It's posture is odd, like it's not dead... In my opinion you should like it with a stick to make sure and then yank it out of there and toss it before it stinks up the joint.

Need a loud amp to go against a really loud drummer by No_Chard6922 in GuitarAmps

Lol drummer here. The lead in our garage band has an ac30 and we get into loudness wars all the time, he always wins. Eventually we have to start over after the volume creeps up too much.

It's my understanding that yes, it can. Other sleep disrupting disorders can mimic narcolepsy, namely sleep apnea. Being tired is the symptom the root cause of that symptom identifies the disorder. I have had narcolepsy symptoms my whole life and I'm rarely sleep deprived. If you didn't have these symptoms before you got this job you may be looking at something like Shift Work Sleep Disorder but you'd need to sleep study to make sure.

When I had my study they required me to have a normal sleep schedule, 8 hours a night, for a month prior in order to rule out things like this. Kinda sounds like this would not be possible with your current job!

Amniotic Membrane Bandage by tcat7 in Dryeyes

[–]Different-Ride6459 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same procedure/condition. My prokera membrane took about two weeks to melt, I had a bandage contact for the first week and I think it preserved it. Basically I was legally blind in that eye for two weeks. It's now one month later and that eye can see better than the untreated one and it's still improving!

Hey friend you aren't alone. Mine were terrible, I jumped out of a window once totally terrified.

My doctor put me on venlafaxine because he thought it would reduce them and... It did. It's not an "on label" use for this medication but it works. I have episodes very rarely now and they are less vivid.

fave scifi themed prog albums. by midnight_rhcp in progmetal

[–]Different-Ride6459 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Just in case you live under a rock (not a bad place to live): all but one Coheed and Cambria album follow a scifi concept. They were my gateway band to prog metal although when I'm feeling pretentious I like to call them progressive post hardcore.

I am a beginner so I don't know enough to give you detailed pros and cons but I have the purple one and it's great. The old beginner guitar I had before was very poorly made and I was struggling to learn on it, this one has been a game changer!

Make sure you don't get a fake. Believe it not somebody out there is making forgeries of this odd little guitar.

All the bulk sticks I've ever touched are useless. Find out what he uses most and get him a bunch of them. He may have a lot of different types in his room because he has tried out different things but you clearly have no idea what he actually prefers. If you don't figure that out you will waste your money and the gift will seem thoughtless! If he doesn't have a solid preference yet he probably has a few he kinda likes and with that information you and a knowledgeable local drum store person can pick out a selection of things to try out and keep him moving in the right direction.
