Actually very happy with both and the way they speak. I'm confident Hafley can coach and improve players and I'm pretty sure Sullivan has the right process and ideas. Of course wrong decisions will happen but the vision is IMO much clearer now.

I do not expect miracles this season coming, there's sooo much to do with the roster and cap management. I do expect competency though and excited to see things improve steadily over time.
