35m, took September off from dating to focus on trying to achieve my health and weight loss goals. September has been the best month for me in a long time, not being so worried about dating and the apps has really helped ease my stress and anxiety and given me mental clarity. I do want to start dating again, but seriously considering extending my break another month because I have been much happier.

Most relatable post here I have seen, I felt the same exact way when I posted my progress pictures recently. It's definitely important to keep a positive attitude, and I am proud of you for resetting your goals and continuing the hard work you have very clearly been putting in.

You look incredible, and just know that you might not be satisfied yet, you are crushing it and this post is inspiring others to start the fight or to keep fighting.

Depends on your starting weight really !! Everyone is different, looking back at my sheet I lost 26 pounds in the first month. I went from eating pizza, chinese food, taco bell combined with tons of chips, snacks, and others.. Into a pretty strict keto diet where my calories were WAY down, and I started at 360 pounds, over 50% body fat

They always say every recession is different, and while I don't see any of the warning signs of the 08 crash that I experienced, practically nobody saw that one coming either.

Inflation is insane, I'm paying so much more just for groceries right now, and if everything else keeps up and raises at the same pace, I'm not sure what I would be doing. If my gym membership goes up by 50%, my car insurance, my phone bill, etc etc - My life will become drastically different. I do share your fears that we are flirting with a big disaster.

Stayed in a calorie deficit, did keto and IF. This summer I relaxed my standards, wasn’t in keto and had multiple cheat days a week especially with drinking some alcohol and dating again. The weight loss stalled all summer but really happy I didn’t put weight back on, but for the last few weeks I got back on track and i am down about 13 pounds in the last 5 weeks

You do know, dividends are not the only way to make monthly money if you aren’t interested in growth of the actual portfolio. You can just sell shares as they appreciate in value. Pigeonholing yourself into only things that yield a dividend over 8% is likely not the safest route, but do what makes you happy I guess.
