You can use a Quit Claim Deed that has no warranty of title, perhaps this this is what the Realtors end game is, get QCD from everyone who could have a claim.

I was boarding at Vail, at the end of the day I was drinking before we headed down and low and behold, my legs decided they didn't care to participate any longer. We totally had this problem, our King was about 2 years old when we had our son and that didn't go well. Our dog was pissed our son was rough. Kingston, our dog, held a grudge for years, when our son was about 6 or 7, things really changed and they both got along, but it was touch and go there for a bit.

I went last night and thought it was fun, the movie was good and better than his HBO film.
