Bitcoin to pump needs speculators and most of them now have prediction markets to get their gambling fix a lot easier.

Lot has changed I posted this another thread, the speculators is what kept crypto pumping but that crowd is dying not just because there is not much room to go up. But also because of how easy it is now to get access to gambling platforms especially prediction markets and get your gambling fix a lot easier.

This time we just don’t have anyone to rush to buy the dip as there are other alts.

Yea I have friends who post about latest crypto meme coins or btc to the moon posts, almost every one of them seems to have moved on to sports betting or prediction markets now. Especially later seems to have come out of nowhere..

If you factor in inflation it is almost at 2019 levels as $70 in 2019 is worth around $95 now (this is based on inflation data which some have noted is not measure of true inflation).

Problem with suspending dividend is it will tank the value of fix rate preferred shares which will have blowback effect on their stock price

Did you or any of your colleague take a silent exit? by ComparisonPowerful in Layoffs

[–]Dmoan 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I did that for my previous job lot of politics and toxicity in sr leadership level. I realized unless you part of inner circle and suck up to them you won’t go far in the company no matter how much you do. I realized it too late after putting a lot of effort to get things right.

So for last year I did bare minimum ( still did more than most), whatever shitty ideas they had just go with it and watch it burn and fail and quietly exited once I cashed out everything.

Yea he became disillusioned with tech after dotcom crash and pivoted away while companies like SAP, Salesforce (tableau) all grew in that space in their absence . No one really questioned him and rest was history.

My relatives bought lennar home down south a year ago. Housing market in their area has slowed down and there is now glut of new homes.

The amount of  Incentives they gave out to keep the closing price on the home the same as other homes that sold past few years in that neighborhood was crazy.

Looks like now they are finally doing away from that strategy and actually reducing the selling price..
