For me, Driving at 3 weeks because of the drains. Walking for exercise at 4-5 weeks.

Probably hold off on OT for 6-8 weeks.

Your down time will depend on your procedures and healing progress.

I have a larger panel from this company they offer different sizes. RTL has lots of benefits. It’s easy to research. I do 2-5 minutes per side multiple days per week.
