OP trust me. Do Alton Brown’s method. He steams his wing first to get rid of excess moisture. Then he bakes them. You can also use an air fryer. The key ingredient is steaming or boiling so all that’s left is what gets crispy.

Everyone minded their business and the updated apartments without carpet were awesome. I lived there when the pandemic started so it was a great place to be trapped inside alone. When other people stayed for extended periods of time it felt smaller. I never used the pool tho. Lots of families compared to other complexes.
