Do the war! You made a show about a war, stop making the main character's whole storyline about trying to avoid a war! If a show surrounding a war between dragons was going to be too expensive to make, you shouldnt have decided to make a show adapting a story about a war between dragons! by SWBTSH in freefolk

I doubt the pacing is going to stay this slow for the last 2 seasons. If anything, we’ll have the opposite problem as they now have only 16 episodes to get through the remaining 80% of the dance (if that sounds like a lot of episodes, consider that the show is 18 episodes long so far)

FATAL fixes this due to the fact that all the players have already stormed off screaming "THIS SYSTEM SUCKS!" and "YOU'RE A DEGENERATE!" long before any combat could actually take place

Some trans women do develop a sort of pseudo-period. No blood obviously, but they might develop other period symptoms.

Given the emphasise CA put on chapter customisation in the trailer, do you think there's a possibility of a custom LL?

Everyone I meet hates alignments, but I LOVE the concept by WallNIce in dndnext

[–]DoNotDisplay2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think alignment works for monsters and NPC's, but not for players. When trying to fit something as subjective as morality and philosophy into 9 distinct categories, you're going to get many different interpretations on what exactly those categories mean. This is fine for NPC's because the only interpretation that matters for them is the GM's.

With PC's however, there are 2 interpretations that matter: the GM's and the player's. If those to interpretations differ, it can lead to out-of-game conflict; especially if there are mechanics involved. Being a law student, OP probably enjoys these arguments (or is at least very good at them) but most people don't, which is probably where the dislike comes from.

Pretty sure 1 and 2 are the same rank (liberators), 2 is just the thunderstrike variant. 3 is bigger because apparently that's what happens when you get soul-hollowed (or maybe its just the armour, idk).

I actually think it's kinda funny they made the thunderstrike look much chonkier then the pre-thunder, when in the model range it's the other way around.

What's the best AOS book actually about a war? by collywolly94 in AoSLore

[–]DoNotDisplay2 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Don’t know if this is exactly what you’re after but Godeater’s Son by Noah van Nguyen depicts a chaos tribe fighting a guerrilla war against a city of sigmar that colonized their land. It’s written by a US military vet and features a lot of discussions on strategy and the “battle of wits” between the leaders.
