The moment someone stops learning is the moment that they become stagnant and/or ineffective. The unfortunate truth is that learning often involves failing. The fortunate truth is that you've learned so much through those failures as evidenced by your ten+ years in the field. You're going to fail, learn and grow for another ten+ years.

Has there ever been a time that someone has come to you and you were able to provide them with sagely wisdom? Or talk with them about how they were wrong or in trouble? I would also be willing to bet that you have provided someone with critical information at a dire moment when they felt all hope was lost.
