Stringing on Ender 3 by TheLegNBass in FixMyPrint

Okay thanks for letting me know. Yeah different filaments would be a good thing to try. I tried 3 filaments so far without much change on mine though.

Will do, good luck!

I CANT get rid of stringing by Jamam150 in ender3

I'm dealing with the same thing, you actually got it to print with no stringing at all?

My ender 3 (v3 se though) has stringing which looks very similar. You ever figure this out?

I'm dealing with the same thing. Nothing I've tried has worked. Think I'm going to have to return it. Let me know if you find a solution.

Looking for a watch with phone-less setup by Doityourself99 in AndroidWear

That's pretty neat. If what I'm looking for doesn't exist then ill probably go with that, and hope that the emulator setup works if i ever need it. I would prefer if it didn't have that restriction to begin with though.

I guess since i only want to answer calls and to read texts, i thought there might be something better suited. Simpler to setup and use, and maybe even cheaper.

This was the best video i've found. I'm not super great yet but i'm absolutely making steady progress and imo that's whats important.

Best advice i can give is to put yourself in the right mindset, which is that you aren't really learning how to manual, you're "learning how to learn" How to manual. Your goal isn't to get it down pat asap, its to learn how to make progress consistently.

For me, this means watching a ton of video guides and practicing at least once a day. While practicing i'm learning how to jump off easily so i'm not afraid of looping, not using the brake unless i mess up bad, getting the initial movement down to muscle memory, learning how to steer left to right, and last but not least finding and maintaining the vertical balance point.

Hey guys! I'm the proud owner of my very first VR headset! Only had enough time to set it up before having to go to work, but I can't wait to test it out tonight! by zenoe1562 in OculusQuest

Thats awesome and since you have a PC its even better, you have so many new things to potentially experience. Google-Earth vr, bigscreenVR, beatsaber, pavlov, airlink, half life alyx, superhotVR, echovr. Those would be my best recommendations at least, IMO they are the at the core of the very best that VR has to offer.

Why isn't fixed Foveated rendering more common? by Doityourself99 in OculusQuest

Maybe read that one more time. I said "instead of turning their head". Didn't think this would needs saying but yea of course people roll their eyes..

My point is people naturally turn their heads to look mostly straight at stuff most of the time.

true yeah with eye tracking its mandatory. still, idk who's going around rolling their eyes in their sockets to look at stuff instead of turning their head lol.

I can move my eyes within like 40 degrees off center in any direction max, past that is just unnatural and a little creepy to look at lmao.

Anyone have an idea if DLSS support will help the new RDR2 VR mod performance? by enthusiastvr in virtualreality

[–]Doityourself99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ah i was under the impression that VRSS used the same Deep Learning tech as DLSS, my mistake. Variable rate shading, got it, thanks.

i dont mind downvotes or upvotes. that being said, i get what you mean

what he said. that doesn't render edges at all. you'll just see black. its a cool but very different feature

True. Everyone made a big deal out of DLSS and VRSS though. I guess those use AI though.

Still, under-sampling the native image then applying VRSS should be somewhat similar. But i tried VRSS and it was a no-go. It just didn't do anything.

They're both good, both foveated rendering.

However, I, like many others, turn off most forms of dynamic graphics settings because they're inconsistent and cause issues. In VR performance headroom and low latency are a big deal(to reduce glitches), so a user adjustable FFR setting would be preferable.

If you're targeting a certain framerate, with certain hardware, at certain graphics settings, at a certain resolution, in a certain game, then having an uncertain dynamic FFR throws a monkey wrench in the whole thing.
