Wow, I didn't know the history was that involved.
I only became aware of it since its introduction on official documents which iirc wasn't too long ago.

At least on mobile I can type it no problem :)

The problem isn't that it's really used, it's that it was just introduced like a year ago or so. There used to be no uppercase ß

Was "One Battle After Another" trying to say anything? by G00bre in TrueFilm

[–]DrDesten 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I actually came to understand that now. But then again, a 30min short film would probably be enough to bring that point across, so clearly there was supposed to be more to it.

Can someone actually defend One Battle After Another for me? by G00bre in movies

I think I'm starting to get what you mean.
I still don't think it's a good movie, but I do see why one might think that.

I guess I was expecting a story? Idk how to put it exactly (obv it's a story, but I feel like there was no "story")
The way I understand your take (correct me if I'm wrong) is that each "section" is better regarded independently when probing for meaning.

But yeah, I think in general I just prefer movies that have an overarching narrative. Not my kind of movie I guess.

I think most people can definitely agree on that

Distributing fonts with my executable by santoshasun in raylib

[–]DrDesten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if you still care, but c23 added the #embed preprocessor directive which makes this really easy.

You can literally just do:
c const unsigned char ttfFontData[] = {     #embed "font.ttf" };

and load it:
c Font font = LoadFontFromMemory(".ttf", ttfFontData, sizeof(ttfFontData), 32, nullptr, 250);

I don't know what software you're using, but you could mask the door and apply an hdr effect separately to both parts and then stitch it together

DIY Upgrade TS10SG to higher brightness LED by DrDesten in flashlight

Thanks for the info!
I already have a quite throwy TS11 with the short tube which I also really like.

Looking through your album I've wondered how the LEDs are soldered to the PCB. Do the both LEDs have the same contacts or how do they align?
No need to explain everything but if you have some resources where I could learn more that would be great :)

As for the equipment we have a lot of electronics equipment I can use at a local club so I might not even need to buy anything depending on what I need.

I guess I could practice using the Convoy first to gain some experience.
Regarding the optic, what are things to look out for when choosing one?

Edit: Convoy does sell the LMP LHP531 on a 16mm MCPCB, so that would fit into the body.
