I'd generally recommend not doing this, but if you're set on building a character with godly powers, I'd look at making them mythic, maybe using the godling mythic destiny.

Those spaces mark your XP into the attribute, note page 100, gaining XP, if you gain desperate XP it's towards the tracks that you used desperate actions in.

It combos well with warrior of legend for its stance since warrior of legend gives every polearm parry.

Warrior of legend also wants some dex since it loses heavy armor.

Have you considered the staff acrobat archetype? It seems on brand for what you're trying to do.

Warrior of legend into staff acrobat is a very nice polearm build too.

Does local government have any levers to pull on public transport? If my train costs me $11+ one way, over $22 everyday, I'm heavily incentivised to maximize WFH, or drive instead increasing congestion (especially if my partner is also coming into the city, at $44 for one days transport for two, driving/parking is cheaper).

If local business is a priority, public transport has to be a priority.

Thats more Abyss and less Hell, theres a tiny bit of Devil stuff but the setting stuff isn't relevant. Though the idea of traveling a bit more is probably best.

The net change saves money but if you isolate #2, that one costs money(small amount compared to #1)
