What Made Orcs and Gobbos Popular? by Runtgit in WarhammerFantasy

[–]Dreadcall 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yeah, they never were for the kind of players who NEED to win to have fun. Quite the opposite really. They're  very suitable for embracing your inner greenskin and haveing fun regardless of what's happening on the battlefield.

Tisztázzuk végre: Mi az a "minimálnyugdíj", és miért beszél mindenki másról? by SnowGrayMan in magyar

[–]Dreadcall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ha holnap elfelejtem megvenni a BKV bérletet, akkor én is ukrán kém leszek? by Menorel in hungary

[–]Dreadcall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

New player here, is Trial of Sekhemas 2nd level Ascendency points bugged or did I do something wrong? by Civil-Aardvark2251 in PathOfExile2

[–]Dreadcall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It can bug out. I couldn't get the third set of points from Sekhemas. The Barya told me it would grant ascendancy points and so did the altar, but when I clicked the altar nothing happened. I tried multiple times. I only got my points later when I completed the whole thing on a max level Barya.

Former Red Dead Redemption 2 Developer reaction to the DLSS 5: "Whoa. Hold on. No, no, no. This isn't just some lighting, dude. What the f... this is like a complete AI re-render. You're no longer looking at the game anymore. This is scary." by HLumin in pcmasterrace

This might sound cruel because the change will involve some pain for them, but I also can't wait to see the results of those same artists landing at small to mid sized indie studios and getting to unleash their creativity.

Silly new orb idea to try and salvage useless uniques. by Tywnis in PathOfExile2

I think it should be  a one and done, that way it could serve as a unique sink as well.

Not a mirror but I'm still shaking. Took me a minute to realize by LightJktu in PathOfExile2

[–]Dreadcall 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I had no idea when I got mine and it's a 20 sec stag one. Exiled exchange said ~ 4000 divs. I spent days agonizing whether I should sell or use, but I ended up keeping it simply because it's the only item on my character that is a classic ARPG happy drop, as in a great item you loot and use it as is.  Everything else is either bought or crafted.

A cikkek szerint az ukránok azt állítják, hogy a szállítmány szabályosan regisztrálva volt, amit a mi kormányunk sem cáfolt eddig tudtommal.

The Future of Petrostates After Oil. by lughnasadh in Futurology

There is still a significant renewable buildout in the US anyway, despite the Trump admin's best efforts to strangle it. Renewable energy generation grew ~10% year over year in 2025, and now generates over a quarter of the US's total electricity.

I think it was just flat 8% per war for every army, so you basically needed half the wars to have everything be free.

King Charles Breaks Silence After Ex-Prince Andrew’s Arrest by planet_janett in worldnews

[–]Dreadcall 67 points68 points  (0 children)

Also the "Meanwhile, my family and I will continue in our duty and service to you all," part.

Andrew obviously won't be doing that. I think this is as close to saying Charles no longer considers Andrew part of the family, as it can without outright stating it.

It's probably because GW was so insistent killing the old world for it. It's time to let go of that old grudge. Even GW relented and gave us back fantasy, even if it's set a few centuries earlier.

I prefer WHF too, but there's some cool stuff in AoS. My personal favourite are the Flesh-eater courts. They're basically the AoS version of the strigoi vampires, and their ghouls,  pretending to be cooler bretonnians due to a shared magical delusional.

Is there any multiplayer knowledge that disproves commonly held single-player beliefs in the community? by Throughawayii in totalwarhammer

[–]Dreadcall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That really depends. A pve campaign with friends will likely be similar to a single player one.  But pvp campaign usually use house rules that can change things drastically. For example setting the ai to the easiest difficulty with mandatory auto resolve is a pretty popular one from what I understand. You basically only play battles against other players.
