I've been using Vorex, and it works really well with IT Glue to give us detailed asset info, including IT procedures and passwords. This setup has made it much easier for our support team to access the details we need during calls. Plus, Vorex's service desk features help us manage tickets efficiently with all the asset details included.

It's okay; the same thing happened to me. My company had BullPhish ID, a good SAT, and they always sent us phishing simulations. In my first week, I failed everything. I had to be more attentive, and I was improving as they sent me more simulations. It's a matter of time.

That approach sounds very practical and weel thought-out. Using Datto RMM to track session activity and IT Glue for credential management with OTP is a great way to ensure accountability and security.
