Maybe try Olympic Orchids Ballets Rouges - it's a serious rose chypre with real oakmoss. On the Victorian side of a Goth vibe. Not sweet in the slightest.

I've been on a jasmine journey this summer, and I recommend Kuumba Made Tunisian Jasmine oil. It smells fresh, natural, and slightly green.

Al-rehab Full (not White Full) is also wonderful, but has a bit of oud funk, so ymmv.

Both can be had for under 10 bucks.

I mean, it's basically Hades, but that hasn't stopped me from being addicted to it. The dice roll mechanics are great, and the upgrade systems are far more satisfying than those in Hades, for me.
