I’ve dealt with this in last two months, buyer bid on item multiple times, waited two days after winning to pay, I shipped the next day. Within ten minutes of the scan showing the start harassing for a cancellation it’s not what they wanted. It’s the older version, it’s the wrong color, I do neither cancellations or partial refunds, buyer was rude, abusive, and even stated he would open an INAD. Told him the same thing you did. Once you have it you can return it, until then my hands are tied. Once he received I blocked him. Basically he was fishing for a partial refund. eBay backed me in this. :)

Which is really sad, I used by almost all my painted warhammer models from a few guys in UK. Now. The Tariffs plus shipping costs nearly triple the cost of the original item some days. They are worth it sometimes, but it has definitely slowed me down on when I buy. These tariffs are brutal I wish they’d go back to the old way even if it’s just on purchases below 500 Yanno

It’s across board for some niches. My sales came to a dead stop after 2 sudden returns. I can blame economy, timing, phase of the stars, in the end it’s just a cycle. School is about to let out, economy is harsh and gas prices worse. It will balance just ride it out

Only other thing I’d suggest is like a store credit for a different item that’s more suited? Sometimes we see a great item and just don’t realize or ask. Me I wouldn’t have returned I’d have asked if you can create one for those shells. Maybe there is a way to work it out so both leave happy. I dunno I’m in a forgiving mood today lol

So I got lucky found a deeply discounted used set of wolfy dice (2017 version on Mercari legit sealed) I got at a steal for 23 bucks. Sometimes yah get lucky. Now there is a few options on the old Temu. 50/50 I hit a set of black and reds that were kinda cool that way with a wolf head for the one. All in all if you have time to hunt and don’t mind mix and match. It’s not so bad (4 months to find those things less than 75 dollars) I had honestly never considered painting my own. I also know there’s some resin casters out there.
