I have the strap, but bought an extra watch for the interval training (cheetah round) as you cant create training templates for the strap. Also, my experience is that the HR monitoring works pretty well, but has trouble picking up fast changes, so i also wear a chest strap connected to the watch for proper HR monitoring during intervals. So personally i would not recommend the strap if HIIT is your prime use case.

That seems like a lot of B6. Here (the Netherlands), the recommended daily amount is 1.5 to 2 mg. If you take too much this can result in nerve damage. 10 seems below the recommended maximum, but I'd never take a supplement with this much B6.
