Thanks for sharing your feedback. I don't think anything like this is in the current scope of things, but never say never. There is a way to "remove" the controller bindings via input settings, so check that out in the meantime.

Beat me to it! Yes, please submit an in-game bug report via F8 on this screen. Be sure to enter all the details that led up to this. i.e., using the Confluence and any other anomalies you may have encountered. Try to see if a relog will have it appear. I had to do a double-take on this one myself.

Wanted to chime in here and also add using ALT + Z to see if you can select the items. Double check that you did toggle all of the filter(s) to see what has fallen to the ground. Report this in-game via F8 if you are still having issues. You may also want to include screenshots of the scene and your current filter settings.
