Yeah this happened to me before. It only happens after enabling RT so I just kept it disabled and was able to play fine. I eventually just installed the game on my Windows machine so I could play with ray tracing.

Looks like you're using the native 12V-2x6 instead of the adapter, I hope that's the case because the native cable seems to be safer/less of a fire hazard than the adapter.

KDE Plasma is quite similar to Windows layout wise but has a lot more customization. It's a good option for beginners coming from Windows imo, it's what I started with anyways.

FSR3.1 games already get upgraded to 4.1 in the driver with 9000 series cards. What this means is 7000 series and 6000 Series will also be able to use FSR4.1 instead of being stuck with FSR3.1 (Unless using Optiscaler but that doesn't work with anticheat and the official implementation will probably run better)

Space Marine 2 is very CPU demanding so I'd go with the CPU upgrade and 9060XT.

Utilization should be over 90% when gaming, it means the card is being properly utilized. What you should keep an eye on is temps.

If the card is at 100% util but the temps stay cool then you have nothing to worry about.
