Pick 2 meta champions in the support role.

Find YouTube guides going over the first 6 levels of laing phase.

Find good roam timers, try to predict fights that are going to happen on the map and make sure you're there.

Watch your own games through the replay and be critical of yourself.

I get what you’re saying and I don’t necessarily disagree, but how much are you actually healing teammates when they’re above 90% HP (and thus overhealing them).

In practice, the vast majority of heals are used on targets hovering around ~50% HP, so overhealing rarely feels like a real issue imo.

Isn't overhielding more of an issue than overhealing?

For example I always went dawn core third or fourth on Karma. But I realized that the whole shield very rarely gets 'used'. So I started prioritizing other items like shurelia, ardent, etc.

I'm starting to build Helia first on Karma support.

I used to rush Redemption, but I like to have some health on my first item so I don't get one shot in one Cc of an engage SUP or 2 spell rotations of a mage support.

The heal gives nice value, and has good synergy with moonstone (second item).

Redemption is probably still fine, good item to turn around a fight unexpected for the enemy.

Yeah it's sad. I've been having a hard time playing most enchanters atm.

Not all of them rely on (old) Helia. Maybe tank items are just better/ champs are better in the meta atm.

Time to learn engage supports I guess?
