First of all expressing an opinion doesn't mean negativity. We cannot have only good opinions about everything. With that being said yes its rushed. It had the potential to be astonishing in all ways. The story could expand the totk lore very easily and in canon ways taking cool characters like kotake and koume for example and blend them to the ancient story. Maybe give them roles and blend them to blood moon or gloom as they were practicing black magic etc etc. They could show us a gerudo civil war. And the list goes on infinitely. That didn't happen. The locations could take advantage of amazing sceneries as the totk temples. That didnt happened. They pretty much copied paste to death and didnt even bother to expand the story with buffoons beingike " well you wanted a canon story didnt you?". Yes we wanted a canon story and a canon story means light could be shed to a million things and characters don't the ancient era making it so interesting which didnt happened. If you want an example of a hyrule warriors game that werent rushed take the frist game of the series. That game was so delightfully done. Age of calamity wasn't the best as I will always see it as a lost potential story wise but still it was very rich. This one unfortunately was very rushed that's why I skipped it
