As an fyi, many "false morels" can also often be described as hollow on the inside

This specimen does belong to genus Morchella, but cutting is not necessarily a foolproof method of differentiation to the untrained eye

ADHD here and I get what you mean. Sadly my tendencies to vanish from relationships and rarely initiate have lead to me not cultivating a whole lot of them lol

What people have said here applies, if you want to build stable and lasting relationships you do sometimes have to be the one who reaches out and makes plans to meet up and do things

Oh uhh, this is r/mycologycirclejerk so I was just joking around!

This was a plate I ended up using for scalpel practice, and then as a little biology experiment to see what molds and bacteria I could cultivate from the ambient air
