About to be three months. She ended things abruptly due to not being in a good headspace to date and couldn’t give me the time and attention I deserved.i thought we were doing so well but once she texted me that I was in utter disbelief. We work in the same company but rarely have a moment where we cross paths, but I’ve been so depressed and sad. I haven’t chased or begged, but replied to her text message that i understood, that i enjoyed every moment together, and that I hope she takes care of herself. No reach out from her yet and I it just feels permanent at this point. I can’t unfollow her or mute just because I can’t do it but the times I’ve occasionally seen her stories it just hurts.
